Who we are

FindADrivingSchool is operated by TRADE LEGEND LIMITED (company number 16900455), Unit 1.01 East London Business Centre, 93–101 Greenfield Road, London, England, E1 1EJ. The company is the controller for personal data submitted directly to this service.

Information used when you search

Your search term, such as a town or postcode, is sent to Google Maps Platform so that current business results can be returned. Google processes that request under its own privacy terms. We do not use this site to build a stored copy of Google Places content.

Contact and listing requests

If you contact us, we may use your name, email address, enquiry category, message and any business details you provide to answer the request, prevent abuse and keep an audit trail. We use this information because it is necessary to respond to your request and, for business listing requests, to take steps at your request before providing a service.

Retention

Routine enquiries should be deleted or anonymised within 12 months after they are resolved, unless a longer period is needed for a legal dispute, fraud prevention or an ongoing business relationship. Spam and security records may be kept for a shorter period.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers to operate the service. We do not sell contact-form information. Search results are supplied by Google Maps Platform. External business and official-government links take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to some processing and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Use the contact page to reach the operator.

Security and changes

We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service is risk-free. We will update this notice when the service, providers or retention arrangements change.
