About the service
Clearer driving-school discovery
FindADrivingSchool helps learners discover current business profiles, understand the source of each detail and make their own informed enquiries.
What the service does
We request current business information from Google Maps when a learner searches. We may show the business name, address, Google rating, review count, contact details and direct links supplied by Google. We do not present a Google business listing as proof of instructor approval.
What the service does not do
We do not invent prices, lesson availability, transmission types, success rates or instructor qualifications. Until a business supplies and confirms its own information, learners should verify those details directly.
Checking instructors
In Great Britain, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) provides official guidance and an opt-in finder. In Northern Ireland, the Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) service is available through nidirect. Absence from an opt-in public finder does not, by itself, prove that somebody is unqualified.
